Sadly even if I could decipher half of those ingredients, the chances that I wouldn’t know why they are there, or what they they do. Being mindful of what you put in and on your body is obviously important, especially in this current clime where healthy eating is as much a part of our culture as regular exercise, so why not beauty too? Irritants can often be found aplenty in beauty products that can affect you negatively over time, so is it time to pay a little more attention to not only what goes into or bodies but that goes onto our bodies too. However, before you tip out your bathroom cabinet and vow only to touch your face with coconut oil, the truth is that EVERYTHING is a chemical, including water!
