5 Easy Ways To Transform Your Look This Season

As a rule I don’t really like to be confined by new seasons when it comes to my choice of makeup shades, but I feel as the colder days draw in my colour pallet will naturally start to change and be replaced with bolder colours and textures.
With that in mind I've put together 5 easy makeup looks that subliminally step away from summery hues and focus on a more Autumnal inspired look.
This gorgeous sculpted look never fails throughout the Autumn / Winter season, use a blend of soft matte neutral colours to define the face – cheekbones, forehead, eyes and jawline. Tinted moisturisers and BB creams also help to keep skin healthy with minimal effort, try sweeping over a light amount to bring some warmth and a glow into the face. Finish this look with a slightly fuller brow.
A cold dull day will need brightening up with a slick of strong blood red lipstick. Make sure you use lip liner to create a full perfect pout and take advantage of long wear lipstick formulas to ensure this look stays put all day. Be warned this look is high maintenance and will need attention throughout the day or night.
The 60’s eye has made a return this A/W, it’s slightly more modern though and just more of a subtle cat eye. Ring the eye in black or brown depending on colouring and the impact you want to make. Drag it out slightly at the corners for full cat eye drama. Leave brows natural and keep skin to the bare min just use concealer where needed. If you don’t have any freckles use a freckle pen on the bridge of the nose for a full Jane Birkin look.
I like an orange lip in autumn this can really pep up a dull day. (Eudon Choi) Keep eyes softly sculpted with neutral tones no mascara just curl the lashes and sculpt the cheekbones. Keep the skin dewy so it looks modern and healthy.
If you fancy a little eye brightener and some fun then pop some white glitter into the inner corner of the eye (Calvin Klein.) This look is fun and youthful. Go for a flawless finish base, groomed brows and a bit of mascara on top and bottom lashes.
